Unbelievable...

Recently received internet bill so surprising the total due amount is $8++... so shock about this bill...unbelievable!!Just start to using 2month,1st month bill is $4++ because is telsra service wrong billing n change our plan to 200MB...just 200MB 'OMG'how to enought to use that y we overload then they have to charge use $.....after that we ring up to service department change back to 12GB per month and they do promise said comfirm is change,we thought that is problem is settle...finally this billing coming total amount is more then last month we wont pay that bill cause they never change 12GB to use and make the same mistake agian....we talk with them we wont pay this bill until they change back plan to use!!
